Joslin Goodman Rainey
Born and raised in Concord, North Carolina, she grew up surrounded by the strong example of her parents—devoted community champions who were deeply involved in church ministries and successful self-employed business owners. From them, she learned the value of hard work, faith, and the importance of embracing diversity. They instilled in her the belief that education and perseverance open doors to limitless opportunities.

Happily married for 18 years, she is a proud mother of one and a loving bonus mom to several amazing children. With more than 25 years of experience as a Senior Human Resources Professional, she has dedicated her career to helping people grow, thrive, and realize their full potential. She is a Certified Mental Health Aider, has a M.S in Organizational Change and Leadership, and a Certified Career Coach, committed to supporting the whole person professionally and personally. Her passion for empowering women inspired the creation of At Her Table Brunch, a movement designed to remind women that they matter, their stories are powerful, and they deserve to show up as their best selves. She officially began this journey in September 2025 and will celebrate the inaugural At Her Table Brunch on January 18, 2026 an event dedicated to connection, inspiration, and empowerment. Through her work, she continues to champion authenticity, purpose, and the belief that when women come together, transformation happens.

A mission for women's empowerment for all walks of life involves fostering growth through education, networking, and support to enable women to achieve personal and professional success. This includes increasing self-confidence, promoting financial independence, and building supportive communities where women can collaborate, mentor, and uplift one another.

The ultimate goal is to break barriers, encourage participation in all levels of society, and create a more equitable and just world for everyone.
